Terms and conditions for your tasting event

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to your booking for our tasting event. Deviating terms and conditions only apply if we expressly confirm them.

2. This is how your contract comes about
When you book your event with us and pay directly in the online shop, you are submitting a binding offer. We will confirm your booking by email. The event is then officially booked.

3. Cancellation policy
Since your tasting event takes place on a specific date, you do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. However, if you wish to cancel or reschedule, our 48-hour policy applies (see paragraph 5).

4. Prices and Payment
Our prices include VAT. Payment is due upon booking. The event is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

5. Cancel? Here's how.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before the event — simply via the link in your booking confirmation or by email to us: kontakt@trinkwerk.de . Please include your details, the date, and your order number.
We can only accept your cancellation 48 hours before the event. After that, unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds.

6. What happens if we have to cancel or postpone?
Sometimes things don't go as planned—for example, if someone gets sick or there are other important reasons. In that case, we'll let you know and you can choose: either a refund or a new appointment. That way it stays fair for everyone!

7. Terms and Conditions of Participation
You must be at least 20 years old to participate in tastings involving alcohol.
We cannot accommodate allergies or intolerances. We ask for your understanding.

It is important to us that alcohol is consumed responsibly. Please take care of yourself and those around you.
Unfortunately, our store is not wheelchair accessible.

8. Our Liability
We do our best to ensure you have a great experience. We are only liable for damages if we make a serious mistake. Your health and safety are, of course, governed by statutory regulations.

We accept no liability for arrival and departure, as they are not part of our event.

9. Photos & Videos
We sometimes take photos or videos at the event — for example, for our website or social media. If you'd prefer not to be photographed or filmed, just let us know beforehand.

10. Other
German law applies. Should something not be to your liking, the other terms and conditions remain unaffected.
