7103 Petit Celler
In 2013, the two friends and agricultural engineers Sebastià and Pep (from left to right) dedicated themselves to the production of authentic Mallorcan wines. Their goal is to make native grape varieties and the wines produced from them known beyond the island's borders.
The vines are deeply rooted in Mallorca's nutrient-rich soil, and also in Sebastià's family. His grandfather planted the first Mantonegro vines in the Santa Maria del Cami vineyards over 60 years ago. Besides Mantonegro grapes, other indigenous varieties such as Giró Ros, Premsal Blanc, and Callet are also cultivated in the winery's vineyards.
The guys from 7103 Petit Celler have made it their goal to produce a wine that represents the entire people of Mallorca.
In addition to a rich selection of different red, white and rosé wines, a premium sangria and three varieties of exquisite vermouth are also produced.
Cabraboc Gin
The motto of the family-run distillery is "Spirit of the Island." Sara Capó, Max Capó, Miquel Capó, and Janine Buchner (from left to right) are dedicated to this adventurous project: the search for the essence of Mallorca and the Mediterranean. Since 2012, the family distillery has captured the essence of Mallorca's nature in its products. The flora and fauna of the Balearic Islands serve as our inspiration. Therefore, the symbol is the billy goat, the most emblematic wild animal of the Tramuntana Mountains, the family's homeland. A true Mallorcan delight in nature!

A unique production process and pure nature in a glass – without compromise. These unwavering values and the love for every drop founded the SNOWO distillery in 2022.
Waldemar and Andreas, two cousins, an amateur botanist and a chemical technician, started a unique experimental laboratory in 2019 out of pure curiosity and passion. "The focus was on extracting natural flavors for a maximum taste experience," explains Waldemar. When intuitively developing their recipes, there are no taboos. They use as many fresh botanicals as possible, some of which are grown by Waldemar himself.
